REFI Fine Arts Endowment
The Rockingham Educational Foundation, Inc. (REFI), in collaboration with the Rockingham County Public Schools (RCPS) Fine Arts program, is raising funds to establish the first REFI Fine Arts Endowment. This endowment will provide additional funding annually to the RCPS Fine Arts program. Currently, at RCPS there are three fine art disciplines available to RCPS students to engage, learn, and participate in: Art, Music and Theatre. Thanks to a generous anonymous donor will match the first $10,000 raised!
